Approximately 90 % as miscarriage rates with pgs normals are around 8-10. At heartbeat, the miscarriage rate drops to half!
A strong beta hCG is a very good sign that you will see a heart beat at your 6 week ultrasound. A strong hCG level in our clinic is above 100 mIU/mL 9 days after embryo transfer. As previously mentioned, there is a possibility of a biochemical loss before the ultrasound, a blighted ovum at the first ultrasound, or an early miscarriage after fetal heart tones are observed, but unlikely!
