<p>Hey there, Your concern about hydrosalpinx is valid. We know that they can decrease success of IVF. For that reason, the removal of your right tube was a good move : ) As for your left tube, it sounds like it isn't a problem. At laparoscopy, if it was normal appearing, you should be good. Further, if there is no hydro, it probably is better to leave the tube alone, because removing can theoretically limit some of the blood supply to the ovary. The only hesitation is that you mentioned that there was a "suspicion" for hydro in that tube and yes you are correct that a hydro can come and go. My advice would be to keep an eye on that tube for the next few weeks/months. If you don't see it filled with fluid, you should be fine. If it fills up, then it should be removed/blocked before embryo transfer. Good luck!</p>
