Ovarian age testing is very confusing for patients. Your AMH level is low but that has not been shown to have a negative affect on your ability to naturally conceive. Your chronological age is the best indicator of a quality, which appears to be good. If your menstrual cycles are monthly then presumably you are ovulating. The basic evaluation for infertility includes a sperm analysis, hysterosalpingogram, and assessment of ovulation. If all of this is normal then a trial of stimulation, ultrasound monitoring, with intrauterine insemination is appropriate. Recently letrozole has been shown to have a better outcome than Clomid. If IUI is unsuccessful then consideration of IVF is reasonable. Hope this helps.
